A Cambodian man rests in Tuol Kork district's Boeung Kak 2 commune, where a March 8 fire destroyed 178 houses, as well as 31 dormitory rooms at Neak Von pagoda, and leaving 257 families, 181 students and 90 monks homeless, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, June 4, 2010. Authorities have since attempted to use the fire as a pretense to evict villagers and relocate them to Dangkor district's Chomchau commune, which lacks support infrastructure like water, electricity etc.
