![Employees of 7NG Group lay the foundations for a new employee fitness centre at the site of the former Dey Krahorm community in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Thursday, June 17, 2010. 7NG Group, which has ties to Canadia Bank, gained control of the 3.6-hectare Dey Krahorm site in January 2009 after 7NG contract workers violently evicted about 150 families from their homes, which were then demolished. Before the January incident more than 250 other families had already been evicted from the site and resettled at sites in Damnak Trayeung and Udong which lacked infrastructure, running water and toilets. Rights groups have criticized the company's "illegal" acquisition of the site, and said that compensation has not been adequate and that the company has failed to follow through on promises of land and monetary compensation. Naly Pilorge, executive director of the rights group Licadho, said "7NG violently evicted more than 400 families...to build an employee gym?
